What is built in

Every site we build starts from one template, and the template carries the rules. This page says what that means in plain language.

On every page

Your name and license block

Your name as licensed, your business name as filed, your resident state, your principal place of business and your California license number where you hold one, on every page, in one line of readable type. It is required text and it is never hidden in a footer image.

A license table by state

Each state you are licensed in, the license number, the lines of authority and the date we last confirmed it, with a link to that state's own license lookup so a visitor can check for themselves.

The disclosures

The standing lines insurance advertising needs: that the site is a solicitation, that nothing on it is an offer of coverage, that it is not affiliated with any government agency, and, where annuities are sold, that they are insurance products whose promises rest on the issuing insurer.

In the copy

A restricted-phrase guard

Every line of text on the site is run against a list of words and claims that insurance advertising rules restrict, before any change goes live. A line that trips it does not deploy.

Carrier names only with an approval on record

No carrier name or logo appears anywhere on a site unless your record carries that carrier's written approval and its reference. The check reads the record, not the page, so a logo cannot slip in later.

On the form

A consent record on every lead

The request form shows its consent text in full above the button. Every lead email repeats that text, exactly as the visitor saw it, with the version, the time, and whether an automated-contact box was offered and ticked.

No health details, ever

The form asks for a name, a telephone number, an email address, a state, the topics to talk about and the best time to call. It has no free-text box, so a visitor cannot send a diagnosis through it by accident, and the privacy page says so.

Privacy, terms and accessibility pages

Each site carries all three, written for that site, with your contact details and an effective date a person set. The accessibility page describes what was actually built and when a person last tested it.

Before and after launch

An approval packet for your IMO

Every page as rendered, the license table, the consent text and the disclosures, with a signature line. Launch is held until their sign-off is recorded in the site's file.

An annual license re-check

Every license on your site is re-confirmed against the state lookup at least once a year, and the date on the table changes when it is. Care Plus re-checks quarterly.

Rule changes applied to every site on a care plan

When a rule we track changes, the template changes, and the change is merged into every site on a care plan. A site that left its care plan keeps the rules it launched with.

What we are not

We build to the advertising rules we track and update the template when they change. We are not a law firm: you and your IMO remain responsible for your advertising.
