What this site is
This website describes the websites Policy & Pen builds for licensed insurance agents, what they include, and what they cost. It is information, not a contract. Work begins only under a written agreement that names the tier, the price and what is included.
Prices
The prices on this site are the prices we quote on the date you read them. The terms on the pricing page apply to every build: no setup fee; care plans are month to month; you own your domain and your content; leave care and you receive a static copy of your site.
The self-check
The website self-check is a list of questions, not an assessment of your advertising. Its result is a list of things to look at and nothing more.
Compliance
We build to the advertising rules we track and update the template when they change. We are not a law firm: you and your IMO remain responsible for your advertising.
Your content
You keep the rights to the content you give us: your name, your photographs, your words. The template the site is built from stays ours; the site built from it is yours to keep, and you receive a static copy of it if you leave a care plan.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
