Privacy
What this site collects, what it does not, and how to ask about it. Effective October 21, 2026.
Who operates this site
Policy & Pen, an Obelra company. Write to us through the contact page with anything on this page.
What the contact form collects
Your name, your email address, how many agents you work with, a short message, and a telephone number if you choose to give one. The form asks you not to include any client information, and it has no place for it.
It reaches us as an email, and a copy goes to the address you gave. We keep it in that mailbox so we can answer you and pick the conversation up later. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list from it. Ask us to delete it and we will, and we will tell you when it is done. We reply within one business day.
Two providers handle the message on the way: Resend, which delivers the email, and Vercel, which hosts this site and runs the form. This site keeps no database; the email is the record.
The website self-check
The self-check page scores your answers in your browser. Nothing you answer is stored or sent anywhere, and the page makes no request when you use it.
No tracking
This site uses no analytics, no advertising trackers, no chat widgets and no session recording, so there is nothing for a do-not-track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. It sets no cookies. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a font network, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you did.
Hosting
Vercel keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for a short period, as any web host does. The contact form also uses the sending address to slow down repeated submissions from one source.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this page
A change is posted here with a new effective date. Nothing is announced any other way, because this site holds no list of people to tell.
This is a plain description of how the site behaves, not legal advice.
